Shipping Methods And Costs

  • We offer shipping within Pakistan. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on delivery location, weight/size of the package, and shipping method selected.
  • For standard shipping, delivery times are typically [e.g. 3–7 business days] depending on the customer’s location. For remote areas, delivery may take longer.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within [e.g. 1–2 business days] after payment confirmation (unless it is a custom/ made-to-order product — in which case, processing may take longer).
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking details (if applicable).

Delivery Address And Responsibility

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery address details.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or the customer’s unavailability, re-delivery or re-shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • The Company is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by the courier, extreme weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk And Title

  • The risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is delivered to the address you provided.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to addresses within Pakistan.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other non-physical addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • In case the package is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately (within [e.g. 48 hours] of delivery) with photos of the packaging and product. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier.
  • If we cannot recover the package or the damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.
