Return And Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns / Refunds

You may request a return or refund if:
  • The product you received is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from the description or images on our Website.

Note: Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging — to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized or custom-made products (e.g. bespoke designs, made-to-order outfits) are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or washed will not be accepted for return.

Return Process

  • To request a return, contact us via email (nudrattalha@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+92 300 2678207) within the return period. Provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.

  • Once we approve your return request, ship the item back to us at your cost (unless the return is due to our error — in which case we may offer prepaid return or refund shipping).

Refunds And Exchanges

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of refund approval or exchange eligibility.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [e.g. 5–7 business days] after approval.
  • If an exchange is requested (size / color / variant), we will ship the exchange once the original item is returned, subject to availability.

Cancellation Before Shipping

If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will issue a full refund (excluding any shipping charges) to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time after our confirmation, please check your account or contact us. If the issue persists, contact our support immediately.
