Return And Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns / Refunds
You may request a return or refund if:
- The product you received is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly different from the description or images on our Website.
- The return request is made within [e.g. 7 / 14 / 30 days] from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Customized or custom-made products (e.g. bespoke designs, made-to-order outfits) are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
- Items that have been used, altered, or washed will not be accepted for return.
Return Process
To request a return, contact us via email (nudrattalha@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (+92 300 2678207) within the return period. Provide your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return.
Once we approve your return request, ship the item back to us at your cost (unless the return is due to our error — in which case we may offer prepaid return or refund shipping).
Refunds And Exchanges
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of refund approval or exchange eligibility.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [e.g. 5–7 business days] after approval.
- If an exchange is requested (size / color / variant), we will ship the exchange once the original item is returned, subject to availability.
Cancellation Before Shipping
If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched, we will issue a full refund (excluding any shipping charges) to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time after our confirmation, please check your account or contact us. If the issue persists, contact our support immediately.
